Schofield Stone Client Instructions

To access your account in the Schofield Stone Customer Portal @ https://portal.schofieldstone.com/

  1. Maka a Request to Login to your account either by contacting your Schofield Stone Representative or by using the online application form,
  2. It may take one or two working days to receive your invitation email. Use this invitation email to access the portal to setup your online account details.
  3. Go to the https://portal.schofieldstone.com/ click on Login. Enter your username and password.
  4. Inside the portal you will see tabs for areas you can view information available to your company. 

 

How to place orders

Click “New Bulk Order”

  1. Select your SHIP TO LOCATION
  2. Click the button beside the item you want to order.
  3. Add any special instructions in the box provided.
  4. Select a desired Delivery Date.
  5. Click ADD TO ORDER
  6. Next, you will see your shopping cart. 
  7. Add your PO Number 
  8. Click Finalize Now to place the order.

 

  • To check your new order, click on the QUOTES & ORDERS Tab, new web orders will show right away. All orders will show after processing in the primary system.
